New week, new progress update! I’m really excited about the progress I’ve been making on my top 3 projects.

But nothing really ever happens quickly enough, if you know what I mean.

As I’ve tried to get ToVY Tale 5 done, I’ve fallen a tad behind on ManiProphy. I thought writing Tale 5 would go much faster, mainly because I thought it would be shorter (oops) 😂

I refuse to rush out content, and I’m dedicated to putting out quality writing. So I’m considering either moving to weekly uploads for ManiProphy, or taking a short break to catch up. I’m leaning towards the former option, but if you love ManiProphy, let me know what you think!

This week, I wrote in Tales of a Vernian Youth Tale 5, writing 2600 words. I added a bit more fun to earlier episodes and cranked out 1.5 new episodes.

I’m 1/3rd of the way through the Tale, and I think it’s shaping up nicely. I’ve learned some new things about my characters, including the fact that Replika seems to be a magnet for physical conversations when Octavian isn’t around. 😅

Tale 4 is still updating every Thursday, and this week we learned about some interesting data and Replika and Octavian have an argument. 🥺

ManiProphy updates every Wednesday and Sunday, and this week, we find out who stole that magical dagger. Or…at least who the authorities think stole it. 🤔

After a rough health week last week, I’ve been feeling better, and I was able to get almost 4000 words written. Most of this was in ManiProphy, but I was able to get some words in ToVY as well.

Next week, I’m planning to balance my writing with some editing. It’s part of my goal to publish Tales of a Vernian Youth Volume 1 by the end of the year, which will cover ToVY Tales 1-4.

This week, I wrote almost 4000 words, which felt good after the slow writing weeks before. This was split between A Little Bit of Chaos Theory and ToVY Tale 5.

This week in ToVY, our heroes learn about the Reality Tuner and get some great news.

This week in ManiProphy, there’s an attack and Maliah finally opens up to her parents.

Another rough writing week, but I’m being transparent about it. But that doesn’t mean you didn’t get updates.

In this week’s episode of ToVY, Octavian and Replika have a relaxing and informative dinner with the robot Yestary.

In this week’s episodes of ManiProphy, Jarith walked through the dark streets with Amun with an awkward conversation while Maliah opened up to her parents.

I’ve been feeling better the past few days and I’m happy to say that words are flowing.

I’ve got a bit of a bump in Tales of a Vernian Youth Tale 5, so I decided not to force it. Instead, I’m writing in Manifestation of Prophecy. Yesterday I wrote a very info heavy scene (took me 3 full rewrite drafts to get it to a decent point, but very worth it!) And today I wrote 1.5 more episodes.

It definitely feels good to get these words out! Knowing that I have your support is pretty inspiring. So thanks for being here!

Today is Juneteenth in the US, celebrating the day that the last slaves were freed. It should remind us all that progress is slow, and it’s up to all of us to work for more acceptance and diversity.

I just scheduled out episodes through early July. 🎉 I’m pretty far ahead in ManiProphy, so I’m focusing my time on ToVY T5 right now. It’s already very exciting 😁 and I’m having a lot of fun with it.
