This short story takes place in a world I hope you’re familiar with, the Magic World from Tales of a Vernian Youth. And as the image above suggests, it’s a prequel to a new series I’m working on called the GHOST series.

This series will follow a group of ghost hunters who stumble across a secret society. That’s all I’ll say for now, but let’s talk about the prequel.

The prequel follows the group on their first serious ghost hunting job. They’ve been contacted by a woman who believes her jewelry box is haunted by her late husband, keeping it locked and inaccessible to her. This story has a little bit of spooky vibes, some magic, and characters I hope you’ll fall in love with.
